Admittedly, Beagle Therapy is the One True Therapy and there was a time in the past when Mom and Dad* were in need of some BT. However! Everyone's healthy now and I'm a graduate student writing a THESIS. Stress is my new best friend. Stress is all I have in the world because my beloved Hound is being held captive. As for the cats, one of them came with the house (true story) and having one cat is basically the same as having two, so when my friend needed a place for her cat I opened my home to her. Having two cats is no replacement for a Beagle, however. Not even close. And, lest you think me truly heartless, both cats will have forever homes when we move out of our current house this summer. Life here is a good life Mom and Dad* seem to want to deny my sweet darling Rocky a good life (in a new apartment with far less stairs NEAR A HUGE PARK). Which is NOT okay! FREE ROCKY! *nefarious evil-doers Whoa, whoa…let’s do some truth-telling here.

The hound is an important – nay, lifesaving - source of beagle therapy for two people whose children are becoming more independent day by day, leaving them forgotten, lonely, without purpose, bereft. Besides, you violated the sacred rule and adopted TWO cats! And he likes us better. Help us protect Rocky’s lifestyle – he is too old to move! We will not surrender the beagle!
